Returns
To request warranty service for a purchased product, simply send an email to customer.service@lamilanesa.it. Once the request has been submitted, the customer will be contacted within 24 hours to process the return.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you have second thoughts about your purchase, you may return the item to us, without having to provide a reason, within 30 calendar days of delivery. This deadline offered by La Milanesa is longer than the 14-day minimum required by Article 52 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
The right of withdrawal applies to any product purchased on www.lamilanesa.it, subject to the exclusions set forth in Article 52. 59 of the Consumer Code (for example: sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons, once opened after delivery; custom-made or personalized goods; goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly).
If you exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions set forth herein, you will be entitled to a refund, including any shipping costs paid to receive the item.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
Pursuant to the new Article 54-bis of the Consumer Code, introduced by Legislative Decree no. 196 of December 31, 2025, 209, implementing Directive (EU) 2023/2673 and applicable to contracts concluded after June 19, 2026, the right of withdrawal may be exercised through one of the following methods, at the consumer's discretion:
Online withdrawal function – using the "Withdraw from the contract here" function available in the "My Orders" section of the website www.lamilanesa.it. This function is visible and accessible for the entire duration of the withdrawal period. Following submission of the declaration, the system will automatically send, on a durable medium (email), an acknowledgement of receipt containing the text of the declaration and the date and time of transmission.
Written communication via email – by sending a communication to customer.service@lamilanesa.it within the required timeframe, indicating the order number and the item to be returned, if there are multiple products.
Returns and Refunds
The product must be returned in the same condition as purchased, complete with its original packaging and all included accessories.
The costs of returning the product are borne by La Milanesa, which will send a prepaid shipping label via a designated courier. If the returned items show damage or signs of wear, or are returned without their packaging or some of their accessories, we may deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to the decrease in value, up to a maximum of 25%, pursuant to Article 57, paragraph 2, of the Consumer Code.
The refund will be made within 3 business days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. This deadline is also longer than the 14 days required by Article 56 of the Consumer Code.
