Return of Goods
To request warranty assistance for a purchased product, simply send an email to customer.service@lamilanesa.it . Once the request has been made, the customer will be contacted within 24 hours to manage the return.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In case you change your mind on your purchase, you can decide to return the item to us, without having to give any reason, within 30 calendar days of delivery.
The right of withdrawal is applicable in relation to the purchase of any product purchased on www.lamilanesa.it
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal in accordance with what is illustrated here, you will have the right to obtain a refund including any shipping costs paid to receive the item.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send a written communication to the postal address Customer.service@lamilanesa.it within the established deadlines, indicating the order number and the article intended to return, if there are more than one product.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was purchased, complete with its own original packaging and any accessories included.
The costs for returning the product are borne by La Milanesa which will send the prepaid label for shipping by contracted courier. If the returned items show damage or signs of wear or are returned without their packaging or without part of their accessories, we may withhold from the refund an amount corresponding to their decrease in value, up to a maximum of 25%.
The refund will be made within 3 working days of receiving the returned product.
