Cinzia Macchi, founder and designer of the brand, has created Babouche, a baby shoe-shaped
charm in various shades symbolizing rebirth and hope. The proceeds from sales will be entirely
devoted to promoting and supporting the efforts of the San Donato group hospitals on the front
lines against COVID-19.
Let's Help Them
We have joined the "Regala un Sorriso per Vale" campaign in support of Valentina Pitzalis,
promoted by the FARE X BENE association, directed by Giusy Laganà, which has been committed
for years to defending women victims of violence. Cinzia has created a pacifier-shaped charm, the
proceeds of which will be entirely devoted to supporting the legal and procedural expenses that
Valentina has had to face over the years, accused of being the perpetrator rather than the victim,
leading to the complete dismissal of all charges against her.
It's All About Love
Much more than a handbag: an act of love for others, born from the collaboration between The
Children for Peace, the non-profit organization that helps children with HIV/AIDS and their families
in some of the most disadvantaged areas of the world, and Cinzia Macchi, the generous and
eclectic designer of the La Milanesa brand. She will donate the entire proceeds from the sale of
the bags to support the projects of the non-profit organization in Gulu, Uganda.
